Certificates

ISPM15 certificate

We were one of the first companies to obtain a certificate confirming the possibility of thermally treating pallets according to the ISPM15 standard. This allows us to ship goods on our pallets outside the European Union and to all countries that require such treatment (e.g., Ukraine, Norway, and Great Britain). This process prevents the transmission of insects to other ecosystems.

EPAL License

We are one of the first companies in Kosovo to receive a license to manufacture EPAL standard pallets in 2025. This license guarantees that the 1200x800cm pallet is manufactured to the highest quality standards established by the UIC. The quality of the pallet is checked several times a month by an independent testing company. This ensures full interchangeability of the pallet and enables its worldwide sale. We produce all types of pallets included in the EPAL portfolio.

What is IPPC?

IPPC stands for International Plant Protection Convention.
It is an international agreement established by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) to prevent the spread of pests and diseases through wooden packaging materials in global trade.

To ensure this, the ISPM 15 standard was developed. It requires that wooden packaging such as pallets, crates, or cable drums be treated (heat treatment or fumigation) to eliminate harmful organisms. After treatment, the products are marked with the IPPC stamp.

What does the IPPC mark stand for?

  • Trade safety: Confirms that the wood complies with international regulations.

  • Pest-free guarantee: Protects plants and ecosystems worldwide from invasive pests and diseases.

  • Global recognition: With the IPPC logo, wooden packaging is accepted worldwide without extra controls or quarantine measures.

What is EPAL?

EPAL stands for European Pallet Association.
It manages the world’s largest open pallet exchange system. The well-known EPAL Euro pallets (1200 x 800 mm) are produced under strict quality and safety standards and are internationally exchangeable.

In short: EPAL pallets stand for quality, safety, and global availability in transport and logistics.
